What do I do when moving to a new location?
If you’re moving to a new location you can contact us at (208)-696-1832. Depending on how long you’ve had the system there are two options.
- We can remove the current system you have now and reinstall it in the new home.
- Or we can install a brand new system in the new home for you.
When cancelling an agreement what do I do?
You may cancel your agreement for any reason or for no reason at all within three (3) days of signing your agreement. You can contact us locally to get any issues resolved.
Is there a warranty with the system?
All equipment installed by Instantly Safe has a 6 month warranty. Before 6 months we will send out a technician for no cost. They will repair or replace the equipment at no cost. After 6 months we will send out a technician and charge the prevailing rate. Then, the technician will determine if there will be any equipment or repair cost.
Does my alarm system need a permit?
It does depend on where you live. There are no permits in Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, Boise and Mountain Home. The technician will notify you at the time of installation if one is required by the city. In order to get a permit you may need to contact your local City Hall.
What are the hours at Instantly Safe?

Will I get a homeowner insurance discount?
We install some of the finest security products available, so you may even find that your insurance company will discount your premiums when you tell them you’re protected by Instantly Safe. You may need to call your insurance company and inquire about the discount. Instantly Safe will provide a monitored security system certificate if required by your insurance company.
How does billing work?
We bill once a month on your preferred billing day though secured automatic withdrawal.
Am I able to operate the alarm system from my smartphone?
Yes! You can navigate to the app store from your apple or android device and download the “Alarm.com” app. Our technician will give you a temporary login name and password once the alarm system installation is completed.
What areas do you service?
Instantly Safe is located in Nampa, Idaho. We service and install alarm systems from Payette, Idaho all the way to Idaho Falls, Idaho.
